Learn What Makes These Mazda SUVs Unique

Choosing an SUV isn’t always the easiest task, as there are different sizes and features to each one. Compact SUVs can navigate tight parking spaces while larger SUVs are more accommodating to passengers and all the gear that comes with them. Mazda’s three most similar SUVs, the Mazda CX-3, Mazda CX-30, and Mazda CX-5 are all excellent choices for the discerning SUV lover and Beyer Mazda is here to get you driving home in the right one for your lifestyle.

All three of these SUVs boast top safety features so drivers can all rest assured that Mazda has them covered in more ways than one. Because Mazda employs strict safety guidelines for their vehicles with systems like i-Activesense, you can be sure that your journey is protected wherever the road may lead. i-Activesense includes radar cruise control with stop and go, smart brake support with pedestrian awareness and accident warning, lane departure alerts, and high beam control.

Mazda CX-3

The Mazda CX-3 is a subcompact SUV that is ideal for city dwellers dealing with tight parking. The energetic 2.0-liter naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine with 148 hp will make any commute feel more spirited. Drivers can stay connected with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and enjoy the 7” touchscreen with the Mazda Connect infotainment system.

Mazda CX-30

If you’re looking for more room (but not too much room), the Mazda CX-30 is an excellent choice in a midsize SUV. The CX-30 is also more powerful than the CX-3 with a 2.5-liter engine that produces 186 hp that’s been connected to a six-speed automatic to go from 0 to 60 in a little over seven seconds. With four different trim levels to choose from, the Mazda CX-30 is a hardworking people pleaser.

The Select trim offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto while the Preferred trim throws in heated seats and a Bose audio system. The Premium trim level offers an in-color head-up display, adaptive lighting, leather seats, and paddle shifters for added luxury and ease of use.

Mazda CX-5

The family-sized Mazda CX-5 is the largest of the three and possesses ample space for gear on those long road trips. Choose from the three engines – the 2.5 naturally-aspirated engine, the 2.5-liter Turbo, or the 2.2-liter Turbodiesel engine. With a variety of trim levels available, you are bound to find something that suits you and your family immediately.

The CX-5 Sport trim offers the 187-hp engine, push-button start, and the i-Activesense safety suite while the Touring trim includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto leatherette seats and a six-speaker audio system. The Grand Touring rolls in on 19” wheels, LED daytime running lights and fog lights, a power liftgate, and leather seats. The Grand Touring Reserve is only available with all-wheel drive and the 2.5-liter turbo engine along with ventilated front seats, heated front and rear seats, and automatic power-folding side mirrors. Lastly, the CX-5’s Signature trim showcases a navigation system, Nappa leather seats, sleek wood accents throughout the interior, and a 360-degree camera system.
