Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and more.
• Receive and fulfill service orders
• Inspect vehicles and identify issues based on customer communication.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate problems or service delays.
• Procure and inventory parts from Parts Advisor.
• Record service data in our computer application.
• Understand and adhere to state and federal auto service regulations.
• Attend regular training courses
• Follow safety and housekeeping policies.
